Broadcast technology & technical operations

• Build, operate, and maintain a production network with one Windows-based server and four Windows computers, supporting 24-hour broadcasting and centralized SMB file storage.
• Configure LAN connectivity, IP addressing, firewalls, network printers, Hyper-V virtualization, and Docker services. Support remote access with Tailscale, WireGuard, RustDesk, and TeamViewer.
• Support vMix, NDI, Zoom integration, cameras, microphones, mixers, capture cards, monitors, projectors, digital presenters, and teleprompters. Diagnose faults and replace storage, graphics cards, and power supplies.
• Develop printing and NDI media-playlist automation; set up Hermes Agent and use AI tools for repetitive project tasks. Help remote guests and editors worldwide resolve audio, video, and connection issues, and train users.

Websites, business systems & practical support

• Develop business websites and applications, configure domains, DNS, business email, and cloud storage, and help clients establish their Google and Yelp business presence.
• Set up computers, workspaces, and peripherals; assist clients with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Square. Troubleshoot software, device, account, and connectivity issues and explain procedures in clear language.
• Configure virtualized server environments and Docker services, deploy applications with Dokploy and Cloudflare, and work with PostgreSQL and SQLite. Independently manage project requirements, schedules, and client communication.

Student service & everyday technology assistance

• Helped students understand financial aid forms, required documents, deadlines, and next steps. Supported office records and workflows while handling confidential student information.
• Assisted students with the college portal, online services, campus Wi-Fi, and common browser and device issues. Helped staff with computer and laptop setup, laptop inventory, and equipment preparation for events.

• Developed Python applications, databases, backend services, APIs, and automation for financial and money-exchange businesses, including tools that retrieve and compare live exchange-rate data.
• Configured and maintained Linux and Windows servers and VPN services; troubleshot application, storage, and network issues and assisted users. Helped coordinate projects for a travel CRM and a money-exchange application.

• Founded and managed a travel agency, supervising staff, reservations, tours, customer service, vendors, and daily business operations.
• Built the office technology environment from the ground up: one server, six laptops, networking, printers, shared storage, databases, business applications, and a SIP-based VoIP server. Maintained systems and trained employees.

• Supervised more than 30 tour guides, drivers, and operational staff; coordinated hiring, training, schedules, service assignments, and payroll preparation.
• Managed and maintained one Windows server, 10 PCs, and 20 tablets, along with NAS, shared files, database applications, and SIP/VoIP communications. Helped install vehicle GPS systems, maintained equipment inventory, and trained staff.
